Configure should warn the user if the build directory path is too long for building Qt

      When configuring Qt, the configure should try to detect if the build path is going to be too long for building Qt, instead of having for example the QtWebEngine failing to build with non-descriptive error messages.

      It should also be documented somewhere relevant that the long paths may break the build.
