Weird behaviour at non-integer scale factors

      A lot of applications and icons do not scale very well at non integer scalings; I tried '1.5' . KMail is especislly badly affected, where the message window does not scale at all, and becomes un-usable.

      Also, even at a scaling of '2', some settings dialogs and kmail duplicate sub-windows.
