iOS offline installer missing iphonesimulator build

      Simulator Kit missing from QtCreator, reason is missing iphonesimulator build in the built packages.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install latest Qt5.7.1 snapshot
      2. Open example and observe missing iphonesimulator Kit.

      Looking at the build logs simulator is not built at all.
