Using windeployqt does not deploy WebEnginePlugin, required for QML WebView component

      When using windeployqt to deploy an application that is using WebView QML component, the QtWebEnginePlugin is not properly deployed even though WebView depends on it.

      It seems WebView is missing the required dependency.
