[B2QT] Raspberry Pi3 debugger doesn't work with QtCreator on Windows

Rasberry Pi3 debugger doesn't work with QtCreator because of the lack of python support.

Workaround:
Deebugger from different kit, like imx6 can be used and here are the steps for setup:

1. Close QtCreator
2. Start MaintenanceTool
3. Login
4. Select Qt Embedded -> Boot to Qt software Stack 5.7.0-2 -> Boundary devices i.MX6 Linux Toolchain
5. Install
6. Open Qt Creator
7. Clone Raspberry pi kit (Tools -> Options -> Build & Run -> Kits -> Select Raspberry pi kit -> Clone)
8. Change the debugger in the cloned kit to the imx6 debugger
9. Use the cloned kit instead of the default
