Matching font by stretch doesn't work on Windows

    Description

      Fonts on windows are not registered with the right font stretch, therefore we currently don't match them correctly.

      Windows does not provide us with the stretch, which is why we haven't registered it yet.

      Possibly solutions: Parsing stylenames, parsing the OS/2 table manually.
