Build with Hunspell fails because of missing dictmgr files

    Description

      As mentioned in QTBUG-57000, the dictmgr.hxx and dictmgr.cxx files were removed from hunspell:

      https://github.com/hunspell/hunspell/commit/92de6e5fa022935dadaa79da7705cb93c2ea434e

      They should be removed from hunspell.pro.
