Interference between QtQuick.Controls 2 ToolTip show and timeout

    Description

      When there are two QtQuick.Controls 2 ToolTip widgets used in a Window, and we are also using the Material style, when we open a ToolTip, and then a second one before the first has disappeared, it makes the second ToolTip be shown for a very brief duration, even though its timeout should be longer.

      It does not happen when not using the Material style.
