I use a Wacom tablet connected to my laptop.

If I use the laptop's trackpad and position the mouse cursor on top of a function in the code, a tooltip appears showing its signature.

If I move the mouse cursor using the graphic tablet instead, nothing is shown.

I assume moving the mouse cursor with either device should be something done at the operating system level, but obviously there must be a difference between the two approaches.
