QListView performance suffers due to too many calls to QItemDelegate::sizeHint().

QListView appears to call QItemDelegate::sizeHint() for every item in a list, rather then accurately acquiring the size of the visible items and approximating the size of the remaining entries, in order to establish scrollbar position and proportions.
