touch events are not generated on S60 5.0 phones

    Description

      QTouchEvent & friends are only generated on Symbian platforms that support advanced pointer events.
      Investigate if we can generate them on 5.0 as well (no multitouch - just a single touch point sent to widgets that are configured to accept touch events)
