[REG] Android: The composing text gets deleted when we move the cursor using the handler

Steps to reproduce it:

• create a simple application with an edit control
• write some text
• move the cursor using the handler
• wait until the composing starts (e.g. the text is underlined)
• move the cursor using the handler
• the composing text gets deleted
