[macOS]: When having a nested modal dialog then it is possible to close the first modal dialog in the chain. In the supplied example, there is a widget which opens a modal dialog which in turn opens a print dialog. When all three are visible, it is possible to close the first modal dialog despite the fact that the print dialog is modal to it.
