Be able to set a custom input method for the Qt Virtual Keyboard without needing to make a custom layout

      Be able to set a custom input method for the Qt Virtual Keyboard without needing to make a custom layout. With a basic implementation of the input method it is possible to catch the keys before they go through so it would be ideal to have this possibilty without having to extend the whole layout to get at it.
