REG: Installer fails installing Qt package from a substed drive

      Installing the package from a non-substed directory works.

      I verified with a previous package, and it worked with with qt-enterprise-windows-x86-mingw492-5.6.2_572.exe, which is from October 2016.

      For the record, this also happened a while back (1-2 years ) and it was fixed. It could be that the fix got recently reverted.
