NodeInstantiator with EntityLoader delegates crashes when model changes

      Changing the model triggers the destructions of the created EntityLoader delegates. Somehow during the destruction it seems to be accessing an invalid MetaObject.

      Also maybe the QQuick3DEntityLoader should be using AsynchronousIfNested incubation mode.
