OSX: ContextMenu is not read out when Accessibility is on

    Description

      With Accessibility's VoiceOver enabled, when you show a context menu all VoiceOver says is a new window is being displayed. If you move over the actions in the menu using keyboard up and down arrows, nothing is read. It does not even read the accessible name/description of the QMenu.
