Flashing wizard has unnecessary dependency to libjasper

    Description

      Tools/b2qt/b2qt-flashing-wizard: error while loading shared libraries: libjasper.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

      The flashing wizard worked for several years without it. I wonder why there is now JPEG-2000 support required as separate library.
