[Regression 5.8] Certificate transparancy error

      Chromium 53 had a delayed policy of only trusting symantics certificates if they supported certificate transparency, a policy that would only be active 10 weeks after it was released, and therefore affects old Chrome versions and us. Google changed the policy in later Chrome versions.
