Qt5.8 RC offline installer with US account does not install 'Licenses' dir to Qt install dir. Also the 'License Agreement' view is not visible in the installer UI. Previous installer (enterprise linux #601) did install the dir.

Apparently US license type is obsolete, combined to non-US licenses now, so is it still needed to test US accounts in RTA?

Now tested also with online (production) installer (original report was about offline installer):
Online installer with account that has access to automotive content, using 'deselect all' option -> installDir/Licenses/ not installed (QtCreator and Maintenancetool is installed so there should be Licenses/ dir)
Online installer with account that has access to automotive content, installing some automotive content -> installDir/Licenses/ is installed
Online installer with US account, using 'deselect all' option -> installDir/Licenses/ is installed
Online installer with desktop & mobile account, using 'deselect all' option -> installDir/Licenses/ is installed
