QtAndroid::runOnAndroidThread does not work in a service

      QtAndroid::runOnAndroidThread does nothing when used in a service process.

      This may not be a bug as such as the documentation talks about running in Android UI thread. But reporting as a bug since the Qt function name is more generic than that and it could work both in UI and service processes.
