Shell surface not rendered when created from QML

If the compositor creates a WlShellSurface from QML responding to onWlShellSurfaceRequested the view will not be rendered. This doesn't happen when the shell surface is automatically created.

Same problem with XdgSurfaceV5.

Attached the pure-qml example modified to create shell surfaces from QML, the problem was reproduced with this example.
