QTreeWidget hides text until resized

    Description

      QTreeWidget when given a text which is much too large for a column (and probably multiline), doesn't display anything at all. Only when the widget is resized, the text suddenly pops up. Probably (since I've not checked) a text which is larger than column width, but not too large gets drawn.       Those lines are not visible until the widget gets resized horizontally. Note this is a single multiline item.
