Specific padding properties are not available for QuickControls 1 Label

When using Quick Controls 1 Label component, the properties left/right/top/bottomPadding properties are not available and using them give the following error message:
"Label.leftPadding" is not available due to component versioning.

Using QML Text, or using QuickControls 2 both fix this issue.

Steps to reproduce:

• Run attached sample with qmlscene.exe
• EXPECTED: Sample runs properly with no errors
• ACTUAL: Sample doesn't run due to leftPadding property not being available
