Allow Map::fitViewportToMapItems to ignore non-visible items

Sometimes it is convenient to have static map items and toggle their visibility (rather than add/remove from the map). However, that doesn't always work well with Map::fitViewportToMapItems. Consider allowing fitViewportToMapItems to ignore non-visible map items.
