QPrintDialog: Enable the "Current Page" radio button

    Description

      The "Current Page" option is always disabled in the QPrintDialog on Windows, even if both the PrintPageRange and PrintSelection options are enabled. The "current page" radio button should be enabled and reported as a PrintRange enumeration value.

      On Windows this requires using the PRINTDLGEX structure with the PrintDlgEx API, which has been avaiable since Windows 2000.
