QSerialPort, incorrecct set RTS, DTR signals.

    Description

      If you set RTS signal in true state, then set any state for DTR signal it results in RTS signal reset to false state. If you set DTR then RTS everything is working fine, no resets.
      This problem appeared with Qt 5.2.
