Add optional message text to QFileDialog

On the Mac, there is an option for the dialogs called 'message' which prints out a message at the top of the dialog window.

It would be nice to have this available for all platforms, but at the very minimum, adding this as an additional option in setLabelText would be great for making the Mac version look like a Mac application!
