      Change "Windows QPA: Detect Windows 10 tablet mode
      " d377f14fd5b4fe3ed64392c6b743bac395f9f891 https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/175996/ modified QPlatformIntegration::ShowIsMaximized to return true for tablets. However, this affects all top level windows including dialogs and is thus the wrong thing to do.
