Move XDG icon lookup stuff into X11Extras (or similar)

    Description

      The icon lookup is based on the Freedesktop XDG (X Desktop Group) Icon Theme Specification.

      Imho themeing should not be part of the QIcon class. Actually the icon lookup should be moved to the X11 extras since it is highly platform specific.

      Futher the lookup should not result in a QIcon but in a path so that it can be used for QML too.
