qrc local storage option

      When pixmaps are embeded, it's impossible for an external freelance designer to edit/changes the icons.
      It could be nice to have an option where qrc don't embed the pixmaps but copy them inside a local qrc_directory and deal with it.
      Then when prototyping, it'll be possible for an external designer to edit/changes all pixmaps and see the changes.
