moc_predefs.h generation fails on MSVC due to incompatible options

      MSVC release builds of applications are failing on Qt 5.8 because the -Za option in the moc_predefs.h generation "compile" step is incompatible with some other release options (/fp:fast in my case).

      This didn't fail previously (up through Qt 5.7.1).
