      when compiling with 5.8 App is not running under Win XP.
      "The procedure entry point CancelIOEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" is shown in a Message box and the execution is aborted.
      Same App Built with 5.7.1 works fine when executed in win XP.
