    Description

      qml_winextras.dll is not build if configured with "-no-opengl"
      error:
      missing imp_GetSystemMetrics during linkage

      Reason:
      in
      ...qtwinextras\src\imports\winextras\winextras.pro
      is user32 excluded by
      qtConfig(dynamicgl):LIBS_PRIVATE += -luser32
