QSortFilterProxyModel insertRows wrong when row equals rowCount

      Execute attached test case qtbug58499_qsortfilterproxymodel.zip (It should fail at line 141 in main.cpp).
      Please open main.cpp and take a look at tst_QSortFilterProxyModel::filterAndInsertRow() .
