Fix ARM64 build

      The ARM64 build is most likely broken by the assembler changes. This requires either doing a manual ARM64 build or adding ARM64 to the qmldevtools cross-compilation build.

      This is a blocker because it would be a regression to not build on ARM64 anymore.
