[REG 5.7->5.8] Qt Designer's "Edit Tab Order" seems to be broken

    Description

      Unlike Designer in version 5.7, the latest version doesn't allow the user to switch to "Edit Tab Order" mode and change the tab order by clicking on UI elements.
