Clarify dll option in the lib template

      Some programmers seem to be confused by the dll name of the shared library option in the lib template, and believe this option is platform specific.

      Could you please clearify in some way that the option dll is valid for all supported platforms and will create libraries with the extentions .dll on Windows, .so on X11 and .dylib on Mac?
