    Description

      QtWebEngine Configure Tests (the MSVC Version detection) needs to be adjusted to detect VS 2017 as newer than VS 2015 - or detects VS 2017 at all.

      The Simple Error is:
      Building with VS 2017 RC, when Jom reaches the QtWebEngine Module, the Configure Test fails and tells:

      Qt WebEngine on Windows requires MSVC 2015 Update 2 or later.
      QtWebEngine will not be built.
