Fixed size option for tabs in the QMdiArea (like in Firefox)

    Description

      I want to have the ability to make tabs in QMdiArea have fixed size, without side workarounds. That means every tab will have the same length with no matter to free space and count of the tabs.
      The possible functions would be like setTabLenght(length) and setTabLenghtPolicy(TabLenghtPolicy) (or something to proxy to real QTabWidget inside)

      I agree to implement that myself and post patch to latest dev version and have that in Qt 5.8.1 or Qt 5.9 releases.
