QMenuBar on the Mac will automatically replace "exit" entries with "quit" and move it into the application menu. It would be nice if the algorithm that did this would look for a separator immediately above the "exit" entry for a separator and remove it.

This is so that the final menu that used to contain the "exit" entry isn't left with a spurious separator at the bottom.
