tst_QProcess::softExitInSlots() fails with timeout in the CI

    Description

      The test has timed out 14 times within the last week. It's failed on Windows only.

      FAIL!  : tst_QProcess::softExitInSlots(gui app 0) QTestLib: This test case check ("((proc.waitedForFinished))") failed because the requested timeout (10000 ms) was too short, 20150 ms would have been sufficient this time.
