ClipBlendNode subclasses can reference any combination of blend nodes and clips

The clips are wrapped in ClipBlendValue node types to make it easier.

At present, the blend tree building job assumes that both dependencies are clips or both are blend nodes. This needs to be made more general and in conjunction with QTBUG-59155 support any number of dependencies.
