When changing the window flags so that it is a frameless window it will cause it to jump back to the primary screen when multiple monitors are used

When changing the window flags so that it is a frameless window it will cause it to jump back to the primary screen when multiple monitors are used. This only happens if the window that is made frameless is not already on the main screen, if it is then it stays correctly where it should be after the window flag change.

In the example attached, click on the "HUD Overlay" button and then move the new window onto the other monitor. Then click on "HUD Title Bar" and see that the frameless window is now on the main screen.
