Sql driver building not working as documented

      With new configure system (probably?), SQL drivers cannot be compiled as they are documented in here, at least without making manual changes to .pro files:

      http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/sql-driver.html

      Now it seems that they can only be build as part of whole Qt build.
