Add additional CAN bus protocols (on top of generic implementation)

CAN bus is a very generic protocol and acts as base line for other protocols. Based on uptake the following can bus protocols are of interest

• Agriculture equipment uses ISO 11783, also known as ISOBUS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_11783)
• Sending of large packets over CAN bus (ISO-TP: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_15765-2)
• There is a standard or a format for a description of the semantics of the data packages in frames. It comes as DBC file and can be used to parse the raw data: https://www.csselectronics.com/pages/can-dbc-file-database-intro and https://docs.openvehicles.com/en/latest/components/vehicle_dbc/docs/dbc-primer.html We could either write a parser or provide APIs to use such definition files to create an automatic parser
