Qt3D default camera controllers have different licenses

      QFirstPersonCameraController and QOrbitCameraController have two different licenses - one is Commercial/GPL/LGPL, one is BSD.

      Aside: It would be nice to be able to inherit from one of these to modify the key bindings - or provide an abstract camera controller that could be inherited to build on.
