Warning during application shutdown

      If I set the QT3DRENDER_DEBUG_LOGGING environment variable, I get the following warning during application shutdown.

      Attempting to create QWindow-based QOffscreenSurface outside the gui thread. Expect failures.

      See the attached screenshot for the stacktrace.

      Not sure if this is important, but it is the same warning as QTBUG-58830.
