Window size and position adjusted via Aero Snap gets lost after visibility toggle

    Description

      On Windows 7 and 10 windows can be arranged with the help of Aero Snap feature.

      If a window positioned via Aero Snap (e.g. by pressing Win+Right), and then hidden (for example, by using a system tray icon), it loses its position and size settings on becoming visible again, resetting to the state preceding use of Aero Snap.

      Easy to reproduce with the system tray demo app.
