Can't select certain Courier font sizes on Windows 10

    Description

      When using QFontDialog, I have 10, 12, 15 and 19 as available font sizes for Courier on Windows 10, but in mspaint I have 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, etc.

      This affects Qt Creator's font dialog.
